STRAWBERRY PIZZA
I have been making this for over 20 years. This recipe has been requested many times for Holidays and Gatherings by friends and family. We all love it!

Steps:
- 1. For the Crust: Crush 3 sleeves of Lorna Doone Cookes and in a mixer add the butter and sugar till crumbly like a graham cracker crust. Press on to a large pizza pan and bake at 350 for 10 mins. Let cool before adding the Cream Cheese Layer.
- 2. Cream Cheese layer: In a mixer bowl combine all the ingredients. Whip till stiff then spread this layer on top of cooled crust. Should be almost 1" thick.
- 3. Topping: Slice Strawberries to look like pepperonies and only do one layer. Spread Maries Strawberry Glaze over the top and refrigerate.
- 4. You may also use other fruit and glazes to get whatever type of fruit pizza you like best. My family loves the Red, White and Blue for 4th of July!
