Strawberry Gratin image

A recipe that looks very good and quite simple and also contains green chartreuse (alcohol). Maybe it can be substituted with Grand Marnier.

I found that the gratin was a bit too dry. I might try adding a little bit more milk or cream next time. Otherwise, it was a good recipe and I enjoyed it.

I thought the custard was a little bit too thick. I might try using less cornstarch next time. Overall, though, it was a good recipe and I enjoyed it.
