Strawberry Buttermilk Smoothie image

The recipe for this unusual smoothie was found in the 2008 cookbooklet Taste of Home Smoothies & Other Beverages.

1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup orange juice
3 cups frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender & process for a minute or two until smooth.
  • Pour into chilled glasses & serve.
