This recipe is a great way to use up leftover asparagus. I often make it when I have a bunch of asparagus that's about to go bad.

This recipe is a great base, but I like to add a few extra ingredients to make it more flavorful. I often add some garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

I found that the asparagus was a bit too tough, even after cooking it for the recommended amount of time. I would recommend cooking it for a few minutes longer.

This recipe is a bit too oily for my taste. I would recommend using less oil or using a different cooking method.
