Steamed Sugar Snap Peas image

Very simple recipe, but I love the addition of tarragon. From Cooking Light.

3 c sugar snap peas, fresh
1 Tbsp fresh tarragon or fresh mint, chopped
1 Tbsp butter
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Steps:

  • 1. Steam peas 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
  • 2. Combine peas, tarragon or mint, butter, salt, and pepper; toss well.
