A super quick and delicious meal. If you cook the potato in the microwave, it will be done by the time the steak is. This would also be delicious with mushrooms added.

Steps:
- 1. Cut steak into bite size pieces. Slice onion, place both in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and season with spices.
- 2. Place in hot skillet and cook for about 10-15 min. Steak should make it's own broth, if not add about 1/2 c. of water. Once done, mix together 1 c. of COLD water and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix well to remove lumps. Add to skillet and stir till thickened.
- 3. Serve over buttered baked potato.
