This has a wonderful tang. It is and eyeopener on toast. On chicken, fish or pork you get a meal in a moment. Great on rice, too.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chutney turned out great! It's the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy. I can't wait to try it on grilled chicken.

This chutney is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still very good. I would recommend reducing the amount of sugar by half.

I was hesitant to try this chutney because I'm not a big fan of star fruit, but I'm so glad I did! The star fruit flavor is subtle and perfectly balanced by the other ingredients. This chutney is now a staple in my fridge.
