I love split pea soup! The soup has different ingredients that I usually don't add to my soup but sounds yummy. Split peas can be yellow or green.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I added some chopped carrots, celery, and zucchini to the pot and it turned out great.

I'm allergic to dairy, so I had to substitute the Parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast. The soup still turned out great!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my soup turned out too thick. I had to add some extra water to thin it out.

The soup was okay, but it wasn't as good as I was hoping for. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
