My family loves spinach and hardboiled eggs. I seen this recipe in one of our local papers. I made the recipe and everyone enjoyed it.Real great appetizer and easy to make.

- 1. Remove the yolks from the eggs and put in a small mixing bowl.
- 2. Add the cheeses and spinach
- 3. Beat the mixture until it is smooth Season to taste with salt,pepper and nutmeg and then pile back into the egg whites.
- 4. Sprinkle over the cayenne
