Spinach Cheese Squares image

Great side dish or appetizer(cut into smaller squares). You can change the recipe up by using Mozzerella cheese and some Italian seasonings.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/4 c butter
3 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 c flour
10 oz chopped spinach (drained and dried)
1 c milk
8 oz monteray, swiss, cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded)
1/4 c minced onion

Steps:

  • 1. Combine eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder
  • 2. Beat well. Melt Butter and place in the bottom of a 13x9 pan
  • 3. combine the rest of the ingrediants into the mixture
  • 4. Pour the mixture over the butter and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
