SPINACH BARS image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 10oz box frozen ch. spinach, thaw and drain
4 TB butter
3 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
12 oz shredded sharp cheddar
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms (or small can)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 Melt butter in 9X13 pan Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pan Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cut into squares.
