Bernice Morris from Marshfield, Missouri sent in her aunt's recipe for a moist spiced dessert with plenty of raisins. It's so satisfying you won't know the sugar was replaced with sweetener. -Bernice Morris, Marshfield, Missouri

I'm not a big fan of raisins, but this cake was surprisingly good. The spices were perfectly balanced and the cake was very moist. I would definitely make this cake again, even without the raisins.

This cake was a bit too dry for my taste. I think I might have overcooked it. The raisins were also a bit too chewy. Overall, I was not impressed with this recipe.
