Spanish Rice Delight image

This is one of those recipes that you just look in the pantry and freezer and put together what you have on hand only to find out it is a wonderful dish that everyone enjoyed and keeps asking for again and again !

4 pork cube steak
1 boil n bag rice
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can(s) diced tomatos
1 jar(s) 1 small jar salsa
2 c sherdded cheeded cheese
1 c water

Steps:

  • 1. pre heat oven to 350
  • 2. rub cube steak with taco seasoning lightly on both sides
  • 3. lay i n glass baking dish and cover with rice
  • 4. in a bowl mix salsa, tomatos and water pour over the meat and rice
  • 5. top with cheese and cover with foil, bake for 1 hour and 15 mins on 350 remove foil and let stand 20 to 30 mins before serving
  • 6. serves 4
