Steps:
- 1. pre heat oven to 350
- 2. rub cube steak with taco seasoning lightly on both sides
- 3. lay i n glass baking dish and cover with rice
- 4. in a bowl mix salsa, tomatos and water pour over the meat and rice
- 5. top with cheese and cover with foil, bake for 1 hour and 15 mins on 350 remove foil and let stand 20 to 30 mins before serving
- 6. serves 4
