This is a great recipe for a healthy meal. The fish is a good source of protein, and the pineapple is a good source of vitamins and minerals.

This dish was a hit with my family! The haddock was flaky and flavorful, the sauce was creamy and tangy, and the pineapple added a nice sweetness. I will definitely be making this again.
