Steps:
- 1. Heat oil over moderate heat; add onions and garlic and sauté, 8-10 min, until golden 2. Add bay leaf, basil salt, pepper, honey , tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, parsley and liquid, drained from clams. Reserve clams. Simmer 1 hour. 3. Mix in clams and heat 5 min longer. 4. Make pasta and drain, reserving a little liquid. Mix pasta into Red Clam Sauce. Thin, if needed with pasta water. Serve with parmesan cheese.
