Steps:
- 1. Slice butter in bottom of a 12' skillet. Peel, core and quarter apples, add to skillet.
- 2. Pour in white sugar and brown sugar.
- 3. Over medium high heat bring apples to a boil stirring frequently.
- 4. Reduce heat to medium low and cook until apples are tender and juicy. Stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Serve solo or over piping hot, fresh from the oven, homemade biscuits.
