1 1/2 cups finely chopped red onions
2 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard

I'm not a big fan of sour cherries, but I really enjoyed this chutney. The sweetness of the other ingredients balances out the tartness of the cherries.
