Soda water biscuits have a moist, yet more crumbly texture than regular biscuits. The butter on the bottom or top of the biscuits can be added more sparingly if you are worried about fat content/calories.. u can also pare down a bit on them by using low fat or fat free sour cream instead of regular. Steps:
- 1. Preheat over to 425 degrees and pour 1/2 of the melted butter into the bottom of a glass or metal baking pan
- 2. In large bowl, blend baking mix, sour cream and seltzer.
- 3. Shape into biscuit form and place into buttered baking pan. Brush remainder of melted butter over top of biscuits.
- 4. Bake at 425 degrees for 13-18 mins or until golden brown .. Enjoy!
