Smucker's Apricot Sweet and Sour Pork image

This came from the Smucker's website. I love using preserves instead of fresh fruit when I can get away with it. It is just easier and cheaper for me :) I haven't tried it yet, but I fully intend to the next time I'm feeling a bit porky! Prep and cook times are a guess because the website doesn't really specify.

This was an easy recipe to follow and the pork turned out great! The sauce was a little too thick for my taste, but that's easily adjusted. I would definitely make this again.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I would make it again, but I would reduce the amount of sugar in the sauce.

The pork was a bit dry, but the sauce was delicious! I would definitely make this again, but I would cook the pork for a shorter amount of time.

Overall, this was a good recipe. The pork was tender and the sauce was flavorful. However, I found that the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time, I would reduce the amount of sugar in the sauce by half.
