Slow-Cooked Country Ribs in Gravy image

This is a very easy recipe (just the kind I like!) that I got from my sister-in-law. I like to make it in winter as a way to capture the barbecues of summer.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The ribs are always tender and juicy, and the gravy is perfect for mopping up with bread.

The ribs were a little dry, but the gravy helped to make up for it. I would recommend cooking them for a little longer next time.
