Steps:
- 1. In a skillet, combine onion, oil, and salt to taste. Add white wine, cover skilet and cook onion, strring occasionally, until golden, about 5 minutes. Bring to boil then reduce heat. Set tilapia on mixture. Dut lightly with paprika. 2. Cover and cook until tilapia is cooked through, about 10 minutes. 2 minutes before fish is cooked, scatter on black olives and roasted red peppers. Serve tilapia topped with onion mixture.
