Skillet Pasta Roma image

This is a wonderful recipe, the flavors are so good together. Sometimes I add more onion and garlic than it calls for :)

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 lb italian sausage, mild, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 can(s) italian style chopped tomatoes
1 can(s) tomato sauce
1 c water
8 oz rigatoni or spiral pasta-uncooked
1 can(s) olives, sliced
1 or 2 Tbsp italian seasoning
parmesan cheese & parsley to put on top

Steps:

  • 1. In large skillet brown sausage, add garlic and onion and cook til onion is soft.
  • 2. Stir in rest of ingredients except the parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • 3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
