5 1/2 cups Raisin Bran cereal
3 cups sugar
5 cups flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 quart buttermilk
1 cup applesauce
4 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients.
  • Cover tightly and refrigerate up to six weeks.
  • Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
