My favorite thing to eat with chips! It's a wonderful melt in your mouth appetizer. My mom passed this cajun recipe on to me.

This recipe is a fail. I followed the instructions exactly, but the mold never set. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'm very disappointed.

I've made this shrimp mold several times, and it's always a success. It's a great make-ahead dish, and it's perfect for parties or potlucks. I love the way the shrimp and vegetables look suspended in the gelatin.

Just okay. The shrimp were a bit overcooked, and the gelatin base was too firm. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
