Shrimp Dijonnaise Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 pound unpeeled large fresh shrimp
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 garlic cloves minced

Steps:

  • Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients in a shallow dish; add shrimp, stirring well. Cover and chill 4 hours. Place shrimp on a greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. This recipe yields 2 servings.
