Steps:
- Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients in a shallow dish; add shrimp, stirring well. Cover and chill 4 hours. Place shrimp on a greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. This recipe yields 2 servings.
