Shrimp Baked Casserole

Youvetsi is the name of a round deep earthware dish in which the food is baked. Of course this dish can be cooked in any ovenproof dish or dutch oven. This delicious dish is a summer favorite in all areas of Greece especially the islands. Don't forget the fresh bread & wine:) Hope you try it and like it as much as my family...

I followed the recipe exactly and the casserole turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little more salt and pepper to the sauce.

This casserole was a bit too rich for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think next time I'll use less cheese and cream.

This dish was easy to make and so flavorful. I used a little less cheese than the recipe called for and it was still plenty cheesy. I will definitely be making this again.
