Steps:
- Start with sauce: melt 1/3 cup butter add half cup cream let it summer and reduce add cheese, pepper, cayenne and parsley set sauce aside
- Prepare to sauté vegetables: melt 2 tbsp of butter 2 tbsp olive oil add chopped scallions add chopped mushrooms add asparagus add garlic cloves sauté for five minutes
- add shrimp add wine, little at a time (might not need all of it) add salt when wine has reduced, add sauce in turn off heat, make sure all liquids blend well add pasta and serve
