I've made these potatoes several times now, and they're always a hit with my family. They're so easy to make, and they're always crispy and delicious.

These potatoes were a great way to use up leftover roasted potatoes. I just shredded them and fried them up. They were crispy and delicious.

I'm not a big fan of shredded potatoes, but these were actually really good. I'll definitely be making them again.

These potatoes were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would use less salt next time.

I love that this recipe is so versatile. I can add different seasonings to change up the flavor. I've made these potatoes with garlic and herbs, chili powder and cumin, and even curry powder.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my potatoes came out burnt. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

Meh. These potatoes were okay. They were crispy, but they didn't have much flavor. I probably won't make them again.

These potatoes were a huge disappointment. They were soggy and bland. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Maybe I just don't like shredded potatoes.

These shredded potatoes were absolutely delicious! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I served them with eggs and bacon for breakfast, and they were the perfect addition to my meal.
