This soup was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I think I would have liked it more if I had used a different type of cheese. The cheddar cheese that I used was a bit too sharp for my taste.

This soup was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had added some more salt and pepper. The texture was also a bit too thick for my liking. Overall, I wasn't overly impressed with this recipe.

I love this soup! It's so easy to make and it's always a hit with my family. I usually add a bit of extra garlic and black pepper, and sometimes I'll also add some chopped kale or spinach. It's a great way to use up leftover potatoes and leeks.
