These cookies are a great way to use up leftover egg whites. I always have a few leftover from making other recipes, and these cookies are the perfect way to use them up.

I'm allergic to sesame seeds, so I substituted them with sunflower seeds. The cookies still turned out great!

I had some trouble getting the cookies to hold their shape, but they still tasted great. I think I might have needed to chill the dough for longer.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I might try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I've tried many sesame seed cookie recipes before, but this one is by far the best. The cookies are so flavorful and have just the right amount of sweetness. I also appreciate how easy the recipe is to follow.
