Categories     Beef

Yield 4

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 lbs of baby back ribs
½ cup Stubbs BBQ Sauce
1 can Coca-Cola
2 T dark brown sugar
2 T smoked paprika
½ T kosher Salt
1 t garlic powder
½ t cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Combine the dark brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. This is the rub for your ribs. Slather it on generously and don't be shy! Allow the ribs to sit for approximately 30 minutes. Separate the ribs as needed in order for them to fit properly in the crock pot. Then layer until all ribs have been added. Pour the Coca-Cola over the ribs although do so gently as you don't want to remove the rub you have so generously applied. Cook on low for 8 hours for best results. Finally, remove the ribs from the crock pot and place them on a baking sheet. Apply more BBQ sauce and then broil for approximately 3-5 minutes. You could also throw them on the grill for a few minutes to crisp them up but this kind of defeats the purpose of this recipe if you ask me. Serve and enjoy!

These ribs are so easy to make and they taste amazing! I love that I can just throw them in the slow cooker and forget about them.

I followed the recipe exactly and the ribs turned out amazing! The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce was tangy and sweet.

The ribs were delicious! The meat was tender and juicy, and the sauce was flavorful and slightly spicy. I would definitely make these again.

These ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and so flavorful! The sauce was perfect, not too sweet and not too tangy. I'll definitely be making these again.
