2 lbs red cabbage, shredded
4 ounces raspberry red wine vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup mandarin orange
1 cup apple juice

Steps:

  • Place cabbage and vinegar in sauté pan. Cover and steam 5 minutes.
  • Add brown sugar and apple juice. Stir.
  • Add oranges and serve.
