Sauteed Mushrooms image

A simple side dish that goes very well with steaks or burgers.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 lb mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 1/2 stick butter
1/2 c cabernet sauvignon
2 tsp garlic, minced
fresh herbs minced, any herb of your choice

Steps:

  • 1. Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until browned.
  • 2. Add red wine and simmer.
  • 3. Serve hot.
