I'm not a fan of sausage, so I used ground beef instead. The pot pie still turned out really good. The filling was flavorful and the crust was flaky.

The sausage pot pie was good, but not great. The filling was a bit bland and the crust was a little too thick. I think I would try a different recipe next time.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pot pie turned out delicious. The only thing I would change is to use a refrigerated pie crust instead of making my own.
