SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS image

These are nice for a party because it makes a big batch. And they are really good too.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 lb bulk pork sausage
1 1/2 c bisquick
4 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c onion, finely chopped
1/2 c celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients, form into 1-inch balls. Bake for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked.
