I'm not a big fan of sausage balls, but I decided to try this recipe because it didn't have Bisquick. I was surprised at how good they were. They were light and fluffy and had a great flavor.

I've tried several different sausage ball recipes and this one is by far the best. The sausage balls are always moist and flavorful and they never dry out.
