Steps:
- 1. Remove cookies from wrapper.
- 2. Frost 10 cookies with a thin layer of frosting.
- 3. Place the other 10 cookies on top of frosted cookies.
- 4. Place each cookie on wax paper for 30 minutes.
- 5. Store in airtight container.
- 6. Yummy!
