Slightly spicy dish traditionally served during rahmadan. I had it when a classmate brought it for his demonstration speech this past semester. I loved this dish, but have not made it myself yet. Would be good I think with rice and a salad.

These samosas were a bit too greasy for my taste. I would recommend draining the potatoes more thoroughly before adding them to the filling.

The pastry on these samosas was a bit too thick for my liking, but the filling was delicious. I would try making them again with a thinner pastry.

These samosas were a bit too spicy for my taste, but they were still very good. I would recommend using less chili powder next time.

I've made samosas a few times before, but this recipe is by far the best. The pastry was flaky and golden brown, and the filling was savory and delicious. I'll be using this recipe from now on.
