SALMON WITH SPICY AVOCADO SAUCE image

2 salmon fillets
1 avocado
1 cup mayonnaise
Juice and zest of one lime
1 packet Splenda
1 seeded and stemmed jalapeno
Basil
Cumin
Tabasco
1/4 cup skim milk

Steps:

  • Cook salmon at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Pulse avocado, mayo, lime juice and zest, Splenda, jalapeno, basil, cumin, Tabasco, and milk in food processor and serve over cooked salmon.
