This corn was bland and flavorless. I would not recommend this recipe.

This corn was a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I would recommend using less Rotel tomatoes if you don't like spicy food.

Yum! This corn was so good. I used fresh corn on the cob, and it was so sweet and juicy. The Rotel tomatoes added a nice tang, and the cheese was melted and gooey. I will definitely be making this again.

5 stars! This recipe is a keeper. The corn was so creamy and flavorful, and the Rotel tomatoes added just the right amount of spice. I served it with grilled chicken and rice, and it was a hit with the whole family.
