ROSEMARY & WHITE BEAN DIP image

2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves
14 oz. can of cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
Juice of half a lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
A tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
Serves 4-6.

Steps:

  • Pulse your garlic and rosemary for a few seconds in a food processor. Add your white beans, lemon juice, salt, pepper & olive oil into the processor and pulse until smooth. If you like your dip to be a little thinner, feel free to add a splash of water or a little more olive oil. Enjoy!
