Rosemary Lemon-Garlic Tilapia image

This was one flavorful easy dish! I served with a pepper salsa! I baked in oven but also can be grilled. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 tilapia fillets 6oz
salt
fresh ground pepper
fresh rosemary
1-2 lemons sliced thin
2 garlic cloves cut in 4s
2 Tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 On a foil lined baking sheet, spray with cooking spray. Salt and pepper fillets. Place fresh rosemary (about 3in pieces.) on each piece of fish. Top rosemary with 2-3 thin sliced lemons. Place garlic cloves around pan near fillets. Add more seasoning if You like. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • 2. Cover tent like pan with more tin foil and bake for 15-18min. Mine was perfect. Depending on size. Remove tin foil and serve up with Your favorite side and more lemon wedges and rosemary. Enjoy!!!
  • 3. This also can be made in individual foil packets on the grill!
