I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of corn, but I'm so glad I did! The roasting process really brings out the sweetness of the corn, and the puree is incredibly creamy and flavorful.

This puree is the perfect way to use up leftover corn. I always have a few ears left over after a summer cookout, and this is a great way to use them up.

I love this recipe because it's so easy to make. I just throw the corn on the cob in the oven and roast it until it's charred. Then I blend it with some cream and spices, and it's done!
