A bite size, melt in your mouth delight! This recipe taste just like the local bakery. Easy! Just be sure not to make them too big. They are wonderful for any type of gathering, or when you just want to treat yourself to alittle bit of heaven. Also, great for kids with egg allergies, since there aren't any in the recipe!

These cookies are a great way to use up leftover egg whites. I always have a few egg whites left over from making other recipes, and these cookies are the perfect way to use them up.

These cookies are a great make-ahead dessert. I like to bake them a few days ahead of time and store them in the freezer. Then, I can just pop them in the oven when I'm ready to serve.
