Rice Soy Dish image

This moist hotdish is so easy to prepare, requiring ingredients that are very common to have on hand. Adapted to my tastes from the "Scandinavian and American Recipes" cookbook, which contains recipes submitted by parents and friends of the Svenskarnas Dag Girls Choir.

I'm not a huge fan of soy sauce, but this dish was still really good. I would definitely make it again.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover rice. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables.
