This recipe is a bit spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I would recommend using less cayenne pepper next time.

This recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's worth the effort. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and the kraut is the perfect side dish.

My only complaint is that the recipe didn't specify what kind of kraut to use. I ended up using sauerkraut, which was a bit too sour for my taste.
