Steps:
- 1. mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside
- 2. warn the apple juice till hot but not boiling in a large cooking pot on your stove top, add red hots and cinnamon/sugar stir very often so the candy doesn't stick to the pot ..
- 3. continue to heat over a med/high heat till all candy is dissolved .. serve and enjoy. Refrigerate any left overs
