This Indian-inspired dish won raves for the Allrecipes Allstars team of MommaBean3 (Maureen VanBuskirk), Jenny Aleman (Jennifer Aleman), and ~*CountryGirlGourmet*~ (Debbie Hendrix). They made it as an appetizer, but we tweaked it to make a main dish.

I wasn't a big fan of this recipe. The red curry sauce was too overpowering for my taste, and the ham was a bit dry. I think I'll stick to my usual ham and cheese gratin recipe.

This dish was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. He said it was the perfect combination of sweet and heat. I'll definitely be making it again, but I'll use less red curry paste next time.
