RECOVERY ROOM'S CHOPPED PASTA SALAD
Steps:
- Grill chicken and allow to cool (may be done ahead). Cook the pasta per package instructions, rinse and chill. In a bowl, whisk the salt, pepper, garlic, basil and vinegar. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing emulsifies into a smooth sauce. Combine the lettuce, tomato, onion, muchrooms, bacon, pasta, cheese and chicken in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and hand-toss to thoroughly coat. Serve immediately.
