I'm not a big fan of bacon, so I omitted it from the recipe. The tarts were still delicious.

These tarts were a little too rich for my taste, but I still enjoyed them. I think they would be perfect for a special occasion.

These tarts were a hit at my dinner party! Everyone loved them. The Reblochon cheese was gooey and melted perfectly, and the bacon added a nice smoky flavor. The fingerling potatoes were also a great addition.

Absolutely delicious! The combination of the creamy Reblochon cheese, salty bacon, and crispy fingerling potatoes was perfect. I also loved the buttery pastry crust. Will definitely be making this again!
